Returns and Shipping
• If you wish to exchange an item please email email@example.com with your order number, stating your reason for return along with your full name and email address used to place your order.
• Items must be returned within 21 days of receiving your order. Store credit will be issuesd within 2 days of receiving your return and can be used to purchase another size/item by placing another order online.
• Full refunds will be offered only in the event of a manufacturing fault or incorrect item to the one ordered and the item cannot be replaced.
• For Faulty items please email firstname.lastname@example.org and return your item within 7 days from the date of shipment or for international orders within 25 days from the date of shipment. This is so that we can arrange for faulty goods to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible.
• Final sale items cannot be returned for store credit except in the case of a manufacturing fault.
• All items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, washed, marked or altered and the hygiene sticker must not be removed. In the event that these haven’t been followed we will send the item back to you.
XAVIER SWIM is not responsible for items being lost or damaged during postage or for return postage costs except in the event of a manufacturing fault or incorrect item to the one ordered.
Ship your package using a traceable service, we suggest you take a picture of the postage receipt and the order confirmation incase items are lost in the post.

Please note delivery times are only a guide. Delivery times are dependent on your location, rural areas typically need to allow an additional day. International orders must clear customs; this can take up to 15 additional days on top of the shipping estimate.
Orders are processed and shipped during the regular business days of Monday through Friday. Orders placed on the weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the following business day.
